Order Policy & Payment Information – Majurie’s Kitchen

All items are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order.

Ordering Requirements

• Processing Time: We require at least 3 days’ notice for all orders to allow sufficient time for ingredient sourcing and meat marination.

• Catering Orders: Larger catering orders and events should be placed at least 1 week in advance to allow adequate time for planning and preparation.

An email address is required to receive a proposal, quote, invoice or receipt.

Larger Events & Catering Consultations

A $30 consultation fee is required before a catering consultation can be scheduled.

The consultation is a 30-minute appointment to discuss your:

• Event details

• Guest count

• Menu selections

• Catering services

• Specific event needs

Creating customized quotes and proposals requires time and preparation, including menu planning, pricing, ingredient considerations, and event details. The consultation fee helps cover the time required to develop a customized proposal.

Once the $30 consultation fee has been paid and your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a detailed email outlining the information and preparation needed for the consultation.

• Consultation time is limited to 30 minutes.

• Any time exceeding the initial 30 minutes will be charged at $5 per additional minute.

• The $30 consultation fee will be applied toward your final catering invoice if you book your event with Majurie’s Kitchen.

• Additional fees for consultation time exceeding 30 minutes will not be applied toward the final catering invoice.

• If you choose not to book your event with Majurie’s Kitchen, the $30 consultation fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

To confirm your order, we require either full payment or a 50% retainer. The retainer will be applied toward your final invoice.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• If you cancel an order after making a 50% retainer payment, the retainer will be retained to cover food costs.

• If you cancel an order after making full payment, 50% of the total payment will be retained to cover food costs, and the remaining 50% will be returned to you.

Remaining Balance

For orders placed with a 50% retainer, the remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before pickup or delivery.

• Checks: Not accepted

Pricing

Menu prices are subject to change. Once your order is confirmed with a retainer, the quoted pricing will be honored.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup: Details will be coordinated upon order confirmation.

• Delivery: Delivery within 5 miles is free.

• Delivery beyond 5 miles is charged at $0.70 per mile, plus any applicable toll charges.

• Setup services: Available upon request for an additional fee.
