About Majurie's Kitchen
Everything made from scratch—that’s who we are! We take pride in crafting authentic Jamaican cuisine, indulgent cheesecakes (both dairy and non-dairy), and select gluten-free desserts. Our exclusive line of Jamaican jerk seasonings and condiments includes a dry and wet marinade, an all-purpose seasoning, a jerk barbecue sauce, and a bold jerk garlic aioli.

Majurie's Kitchen is a proud Black- and veteran-owned catering service. After retiring from the United States Air Force, I pursued my passion for cooking and earned a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
Though I gained experience working in restaurants, I found the industry too demanding and explored a career in Cybersecurity. Eventually, I returned to my first love—cooking. I started by baking cheesecakes and crafting gluten-free desserts, but my family’s deep love for Jamaican cuisine led us on a journey to find authentic island flavors. When we couldn’t find the taste we cherished, we decided to create it ourselves.
In 2021, Majurie's Kitchen LLC was born! Our mission is to add a little spice to your life and bring the true essence of Jamaica to every home.

Because of gluten allergies, we do not use wheat flour in our kitchen—all flour-based items are completely gluten-free. While we may incorporate premade foods that contain gluten (such as graham crackers, cookies, or pasta), they are kept strictly separate from our gluten-free offerings.
